trends and listing inventories. In an effort to bring more buyers and sellers together we are starting a new platform on our
website that will allow buyers to post a brief description of their ideal property. Here is how it works:
FOR BUYERS: Simply email us a short description of your desired property. Include your preferred location/area,
number of acres desired, type of property (ie: farmland, recreational land, etc…), features or improvements desired
(ie: cabin, live water, centerpivot irrigation, pond, etc…). Upon receipt of your email we will post your wanted listing under the
PROPERTIES WANTED tab on the website. We will assign a listing number to your post and your name and contact
information will not be listed. If we find a property that matches your description we will contact you with more information.
FOR SELLERS: Feel free to browse through the PROPERTIES WANTED tab on the website.
If you have a piece of land that you feel matches the description of one of the posts, proceed to email us
or contact one of our agents and we will discuss the process in order for us to disclose details of your property
and arrange a showing to the prospective buyer.
